 What Is Curved Insulated Glass 

Curved insulated glass unit is consists of two panes or three panes of tempered curved glass separated by gas filled space to reduce heat transfer across a part of the building materials. The insulation function is reached because two curved panels with a hollow filled with air are assembled by means of a frame.

 Advantages of Curved Insulated Glass 

1. Heat reduction:  superior thermal insulation, effectively reduce electricity spend on the air condition systems and heaters, saving more cost.

2. Sound resistance:  provide good sound resistance.

3. Prevents condensation:  the double glazing unit is filled with dry air at a dew point lower -40°C, for prevent condensation due to the temperature difference between exterior and interior.

4. Aesthetic:  it can incorporate coated reflective glass by tempered, laminated glass, ceramic frit glass tempered and other glass types which give good aesthetic effects. Compared with flat insulated glass, insulated curved glass looks more special and attractive, add the building value.
